This recipe can help you fight cold and flu this winter. This will also help increase your immunity.

1. Ginger

People in India drink ginger tea as their morning tonic in winter. This helps the body to stay warm and gives protection from winter.


2. Tulsi- Holy Basil



Tulsi or holy basil is a popular remedy in India. People use it to ease stress and promote digestion. It is also used as an ingredient in traditional Indian cuisine. In addition to its culinary use, tulsi has numerous medicinal properties. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and antioxidant properties. Tulsi reduces fever and acts as a sedative. Therefore, it's no wonder that tulsi or holy basil is considered to be one of the greatest medicinal plants in the world.


3. Honey or Jamun Honey





According to traditional medicine, honey has antibacterial properties. This property makes honey useful in treating wounds, burns, and infections. It is also used in treating colds and flu and helps [reventing airway congestion due to colds. Many studies have shown that honey has antibiotic properties against acne and skin infections caused by bacteria. 4. Black Pepper or Peppercorn



Black Pepper or Peppercorn is one of the most commonly used spices in the world. It is a very healthy spice and it has many benefits for your health.

Peppercorn can help you to lose weight because it contains a compound called piperine that helps you to burn fat faster. It also helps to reduce hunger, which will make it easier for you to maintain a healthy diet. It also contains vitamin C, which is essential for your immune system and preventing illness.

Recipe

Ingredients: -

1. 1-inch ginger whole and finely chop it.

2. 5 to 6 Holy Basil (Tulsi) Leaves.

3. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder.

4. 1 tsp Lemon Juice.

5. 300ml water.

Now, take a food processor(Electric Mixture) and mix all the ingredients for 20 seconds. Strain the final solution and drink it empty stomach early in the morning. This will increase your body's immunity in winter and you can also fight colds and flu.


Advice for Kidney Disease Patients.

Avoid this drink. This drink contains lemon which is high in potassium and acidic in nature. Avoid lemon and reduce the water level, and instead of honey add Jamun(Syzygium) honey instead of regular honey.
