Diabetes, Renal and Cardiac Patients mustn't follow this plan. Sometimes diabetes patient can eat sweet desserts if glucose levels falls down. Recipes contain dairy products have high phosphorus, kidney patient must not follow.
Rice, Breads, Grilled Fish, Chicken, Vegetable Salad, Egg Omelette, Lentils, Tuna Salad, Boneless Chicken Salad, Pasta, Noodles
People who have end stage or intermediate stage disease shouldn't follow this diet plan.
